Why should I/We hire you guys?

Why shouldn't you?  The only way to really know if we are worth it or not is to try us.  Send us a file Real Estate Agents.  We would rather prove to you than feed you a bunch of B.S.

How much do you charge?

For Property Owners we charge nothing.  All fee's are paid by the Bank.  For Real Estate Agents that we negotiate their file's, we charge 1% of the selling price.  This can be charged to you the Selling Realtor, Buying Realtor or both.  We recommend adding to your MLS comments that there will be a 1% negotiating fee charged by negotiating company to be split 50/50 between both Realtors.
